Great atmosphere. Cocktails were also good especially their specials list at $12, Orange gin and tonic was refreshing, and the perfect storm was just that. The scallops were cooked just right and the balance of the roe was great. Duck dumplings were ok but nothing special. However the crispy Roast pork was delicious with a pommery mustard mayo. The Sichuan chicken wings were great, hot but full of flavour and of course we had to try the signature duck, this was an interesting dish and well executed but not sure I would order again. If you like very sweet fried rice go for the roast holy duck fried rice it has the sweetness of lots of sugar. This was not to out taste. The service was good and friendly.
Popcorn Chicken ($11)
Bbq Pork ($22)
Beef Noodles ($19)

🍴Passed by this on the way to #koidessertbar so decided to check it out given the pretty interior and decent crowd of patrons. Probably known for their signature crispy duck (especially with the display of glistening roast ducks) but we deviated from that in trying their modern take on Chinese dishes. We enjoyed the #popcorn chicken that was expertly fried without being too oily/ sweet and had nice sesame aroma. The #bbqpork was flavorful and tender but a tad too sweet for our tastebuds. The #beefnoodes was similarly well-executed in taste but could do with less salt. Do note that the food comes in quite generous portions so it might make sense to share

This place was so great! Being from Melbourne we didn’t think we could find such a memorable restaurant in Sydney! Holy Duck really danced on my taste buds, although simple the duck was packed with so much flavour! When we come back to Sydney we will be sure to check out Holy Duck again.
